This is the name of an exhibition now running at the M17 Center for Contemporary Art (CCA). The organizers say the event provides an opportunity to address once again the remarkable professional achievements of the 20th century artists. Its opening day saw impressionistic paintings to go on display, enriched with traditions of realism and romanticism as well as elegant coloristic designs inherent to the Ukrainian school of painting.

The new generation of artists recreates the majestic Crimean nature in their paintings, singing praise to it. The exhibition includes works by famous masters who continue the best traditions of the Crimean school of painting: Yurii Konovalov, Oleksii Potapenko, Oleksandr Smirnov, Oleksandr Shadrin, Pavlo Shumov, Nuri Yakubov, Volodymyr Shvab, Andrii Ambursky, Mykola Chebotaru, and Renat Ramazanov, as well as photos by Ihor Solonaru. The exhibition is supplemented by the two Greek and two Roman amphorae of the 2nd and 4th century AD, respectively, and utensils dating from the 13th century BC to the 6th century AD which have been found in the Crimea. The exhibition is a collaborative effort of the M17 CCA and the Rarity Art Gallery. It will run until June 21.
