Jennifer Lopez gives first concert in Kyiv

The only concert of the popular American singer, actress, dancer, fashion designer, producer, and businesswoman will take place in Kyiv on November 13. Jennifer Lopez has had a lot of achievements during her career, including two nominations for the Grammy Award, two Latin Grammy Awards, three statuettes from American Music Award. She sold over 55 million albums worldwide. Billboard put her on the 27th position among the top artists of the 2000s. In 2010 Lopez became a member of the jury of the American TV contest “American Idol.” Her album J to tha L-O!: The Remixes released in 2002 got into the Guiness Book of Records. The actress was nominated for a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 2012.

In Kyiv Lopez will present her show (a part of the world concert tour) Dance Again World Tour. The program will include hits that have become popular and some new songs. The audience will see the pyrotechnic effects, change of scenery and costumes, laser lights, and hot dancing, staged by Lopez herself. The playlist of the singer includes 21 songs.

By the way, at Jennifer Lopez’s concert in Kyiv a Russian-Ukrainian singer Anna Sedokova will warm up the audience. The singer herself reported the news. Ukrainian fans also have a chance to get into a 3D movie that is being shot about the star during her world tour. It will be Lopez’s second visit to Ukraine. In July of 2011 the famous Latin American singer came with an unofficial visit to the Crimea. In the suburb of Alushta she performed at the wedding of the son of Uzbek billionaire Azam Aslanov. Now Lopez is not only one of the top paid singers, but is also a successful business woman. She owns several restaurants in the United States, clothing line and perfume, she is also actively involved in social activities, supports the Los Angeles Children’s Hospital, and serves as a human rights activist.
