Zemfira to present her new album in Ukraine in spring
For the first time after a long break the singer will perform in public with her new program. The readers will remember that Zemfira’s last studio album Spasibo (Thank You) was released back in 2007.
The title of her new album and the number of songs are not known so far. Zemfira, who is a singer, musician and composer, will present the album on February 15. The first concert to kick off a grand tour will take place in Tomsk, Russia. According to Afisha, Zemfira will take most of the copies of her album along with her on a tour to have them sold largely at concerts.
She recently performed for the first time three songs that may be related to the album: “Bez shansov” (No Chance), “Dengi” (Money) and “Dozhd” (Rain), which is a soundtrack to the Renata Litvinova movie Poslednyaia skazka Rity (Rita’s Last Fairytale). Zemfira’s concert tour will continue until April 25. According to her official site, it will consist of 19 concerts in Russia, Estonia, Latvia and Ukraine. Zemfira will perform in six Ukrainian cities: Odesa on April 9, Kyiv on April 11, Dnipropetrovsk on April 13, Kharkiv on April 23, and Donetsk on April 25.
