The 1st All-Ukrainian Open-Air Art Ceramics Workshop has opened in Bukovyna

The SweetART-Knowledge gallery, which organizes the workshop, brought eight artists from Chernivtsi, Uzhhorod, Kyiv, and Lviv together to create beautiful things from clay at the tourist complex Aqua Plus in the village of Kamiana, Storozhynets raion. The organizers have provided well-equipped workplaces for artists, brought a ton of clay and built a special kiln for firing ceramics.

Works made there will be displayed on August 24 at an exhibition in the SweetART-Knowledge gallery in Chernivtsi. The annual event is to become international, so that masters from abroad would be able to come and try their hand in Bukovyna beginning in 2014.
