Condoleezza Rice Is For New Dynamism in Relations Between the US and Ukraine

The US administration understands very well the important role of Ukraine and is ready to support its political and economical reforms, stated Condoleezza Rice, national security advisor to the US President, at a meeting with Director of the Ukrainian Presidential Administration Volodymyr Lytvyn last Wednesday at the White House. In course of this meeting the sides mentioned that the success for the reforms which have to be carried out in Ukraine will determine the future of not only our country but Europe as a whole. Mr. Lytvyn and Ms. Rice share the conviction that the Ukrainian-American strategic partnership must acquire new dynamism. The head of the Presidential Administration expressed his gratitude to the American administration for their understanding and support of our state, particularly, during President Bush’s European tour.
