“A criminal revolution is coming in the Crimea, and it will be controlled by the main part of the former Crimean government” is the unpleasant picture sketched by Crimean Parliament Speaker Leonid Hrach.
According to him, establishing coalition relations “within and beyond the Crimean Parliament and also between Parliament and present Crimean government” may be able to prevent this. He also said that if they fail to do so, a wave of criminal terror will overtake the Crimea by September.
