Eurasian States Fail to Agree

Eurasian Economic Community countries failed working out single opinion on the issue of avoiding anti- dumping procedures currently underway within the organization, RIA Novosti Agency quotes Kazakhstan Prime Minister Imangali Tasmagambetov as saying. According to the Kazakh prime minister, the working groups, which were to work out this mechanism for the session of the community’s Interstate Council, failed to reach a consensus. “We postponed this question until the next session of the Eurasian Interstate Council, Mr. Tasmagambetov said. As it is known, this summer Russia began an anti-dumping investigation of steel from Kazakhstan, which is also a community member.
