Tomorrow NATO General Secretary Javier Solana will visit Kyiv and Dnipropetrovsk. Solana said that the aim of his visit is to meet with our leadership. He also wants to visit the plant, which made SS-20 missiles and where Leonid Kuchma used to work. Solana said: "I want to announce to the people of Ukraine one more time, that their country is very important for building the new security system in Europe and to note, that economic reforms and prosperity are impossible without stability and safety in the region.", reports Rostyslav Demchuk, DINAU, Brussels, special for The Day.
