Nine Ukrainians killed in a road accident in Poland, one woman is in hospital

Press Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Oleksandr Dykusarov confirmed that all 10 passengers of the bus that yesterday crashed in Poland are citizens of Ukraine, reportedly by Interfax-Ukraine.

“According to the latest specified data, the minibus that crashed on Poland’s territory was carrying 10 people, including the driver. All of them are citizens of Ukraine, migrant workers from Ternopil oblast,” he said. According to him, nine people were killed and one Ukrainian woman was taken to hospital. “The Ukrainian consul is working on the scene of the accident with an aim to figure out the circumstances and help in identifying the dead bodies and transport them home,” the foreign ministry official added.

As it has been reported before, a train clashed with the minibus with 10 people on an unregulated railway crossing near Bratoszewice, Lodz Voivodeship of Poland.
