President of Ukraine to Visit Turkmenistan

Turkmenistan President Saparmurad Niyazov has invited Leonid Kuchma to visit his country at the end of April to discuss new joint projects, reports Interfax-Ukraine. According to the Presidential A dministration department for information and public relations, Pres. Niyazov invited his counterpart during their March 25 telephone talk. It is planned that a number of bilateral documents will be signed during the visit. Simultaneously, an Interfax source in Turkmenbashi reports that the visit of Mr. Kuchma has been slated for April 30 - May 1. According to reports, in the immediate future President Kuchma plans to visit Macedonia to discuss economic projects.
