Leonid Kuchma and Boris Yeltsin have agreed to meet in Ukraine on September 18-19 in Kharkiv in a summit that will be on a "broader scope." Also present will be the Prime Ministers and business people from both countries, the Ukrainian President's press service reports.
A Kuchma-Yeltsin informal sojourn, expected to take place in the Crimea late this June, never happened. Informed sources in Kyiv and Moscow say the reason was the complicated situations in both Ukraine and Russia.
