Thanks to the elections Lviv has a new dance

31 March, 00:00

Historians have been unable to fix the precise hour when local enthusiast Anatoly Kosiaschuk first dreamt of presenting his native city with a unique indicator panel that would count down the seconds to the coming millennium. And on March 26 on Liberty Prospect passers-by looked up at the local statue of liberty being fitted out with a new chronometer, which began to work at 6 p.m. However, city natives did not receive the gift with the joy anticipated by its author and began to talk about it as ticking off the time to the end of the world. Others saw a political subtext as the wall with the clock also bore many election advertisements.

Fortunately, the clock still shown 87 million seconds... To the end.
