Andriy Symonenko, the son of Ukrainian Communists Party leader, held his wedding party on May 3 in a small but fancy restaurant called Shynok (bar) in a Kyiv suburb. According to unconfirmed information, he married the daughter of People’s Deputy and Agrarian Party leader Kateryna Vashchuk. In this way the leader of Ukrainian Communists secured not only the solidarity of the working people of Ukraine, but also his son’s future. Although the bride was daughter of an ideological opponent, it seems there will be no Ukrainian variant of Montegue and Capulet war.
