In order to prevent any untoward meteorological surprises, the organizers of the Twenty-First Century for Ukraine Campaign have decided to resort to unusual methods to combat natural cataclysms.
Petro Kachanov, president of the Twenty-First Century for Ukraine Center for the Arts, has announced that the directors considered the issue of improving human action to ensure good weather. Should rain or clouds be forecast for August 24, a shaman will chant through the night in order banish clouds from the Ukrainian capital. The sorcerer's identity has not yet been disclosed, and it is known only that he has already for some years performed similar services in Poland and Germany with seemingly adequate results. We will see on August 24 whether the warlock lives up to his European reputation here.
