November 19, 1643: Ivan Uzhevych's first historically known Slavonic
Grammar of old literary Ukrainian is published. November 19, 1991:
the first Ukrainian interconfessional forum convenes in Kyiv. November
20, 1917:
the Central Rada's Third Universal proclaims the Ukrainian
National Republic. November 20, 1994: President Kuchma signs the
