IN 1998 MARIUPOL STEEL PLANTS TO PAY 0.15 % OF EXPENSES AS POLLUTION TAX

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine imposed a limit of 0.15 percent of total expenses as the amounts of nature protection taxes for pollution which are to be paid by Mariupol-located steel plants AzovStal and Illich in 1998. The Cabinet took the decision following an appeal by the Ministry for Industrial Policy.
