The session of Ukrainian Soccer Federation appointed head coaches for all Ukrainian national soccer teams. Valery Lobanovsky was appointed the head coach of all teams. Senior coach will be Yosef Sabo. Leonid Buriak and Volodymyr Veremieyev will assist him. Viktor Kolotov was again appointed the head coach Olympic soccer team. Valentyn Lutsenko will coach boys under 18 and Anatoly Busnyk will coach those under 16. The federation also formed a special committee for cooperation with national teams and appointed Oleh Bazylevych to chair it. The first games will take place in Kyiv approximately on July 15 (with the Polish team) and August 19 (with Georgia). According to federation president and Premier Valery Pustovoitenko, the national team’s goal is to go all the way to the 2000 Europe finals, Petro Marusenko reports.
