OLD CAR PRICES TO RISE

As Director of Central Automobile Market Borys Zadkovetsky informed UNIAN, prices for used cars will grow 30% in the next two months because of the prohibition on importing used cars over five years old. According to Zadkovetsky, 5-8 years old cars were in demand and their price fluctuated between $5,000 and $7,000. The price for newer autos reaches $10,000 and more. According to him, 220,000-240,000 cars were sold in Ukraine annually, 200,000-220,000 of them used.
