Frontman of the Mashina Vremeni band Andrey Makarevich has composed a song showing his attitude to what is happening in Ukraine. The singer performed the new song, called My Country Has Gone Crazy, live during a broadcast by the Echo of Moscow radio station. Then, according to Makarevich, unknown hackers destroyed his personal website, NEWSru.ua reported. “Eat it! That which does not kill us makes us stronger,” the singer tweeted in response to it.

The Ukrainian IT community immediately responded to the issue now facing the singer, who is actively supporting Ukraine in spite of persecution in his own country. Vice president and chairman of the science and IT commission of the Ukrainian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, president of the Adamant group of companies Ivan Pietukhov offered the singer via his page on Facebook to support for free a domain for him in the top-level domain .ua and relocate his resource to it.

“I stand ready now, if Makarevich so desires, to register a domain for him in the .ua top-level domain. I am also ready to provide storage service for all his data. Moreover, I am willing to make this web resource unhackable,” Pietukhov explained for The Day.

He said that so far, Adamant’s president had received no response from the singer, but was ready, if necessary, to appeal to him in person with an offer of assistance. “We, the Ukrainians, will do our best to create a website for him, because he has been doing a lot for our country as well,” Pietukhov said.
