Technology laid in the project allows production of ecologically safe nutrition product with higher biological index and significant competitive advantages. Start of the first line will allow partly rehabilitating the market of dry whole milk substitute in Ukraine and strengthening source of raw materials for milk industry. Information: at the territory of CIS annual consumption of dry whole milk substitute was 264,5 thousand tons in 1990, or the weighted average price in 2004 made ($965/t) $255,2 million. In 2002, production of dry whole milk substitute in Ukraine, Russia and Belarus made only 2-3% of 1990 production. Import of milk does not solve the problem because of the high cost of the substitute regarding the whole milk.
