ALL CONSTRUCTION INVESTMENT PROJECTS INVOLVING STATE FUNDS SUBJECT TO MANDATORY STATE APPRAISAL

On March 5, the Verkhovna Rada (Supreme Council) of Ukraine passed an amendment to the law on investment activity. According to the amendment, all investment projects in the sphere of construction involving state or local budget funds or those of state-run companies are subject to mandatory state appraisal. The order of conducting the appraisal is to be determined by the Cabinet of Ministers.
