Liubov Shulika wins silver in 500m track time trial

On August 16, the 2011 Summer Universiade in Shenzhen, China, saw a track cycling competition, where the Ukrainian Liubov Shulika won the silver medal in the women’s 500 meter time trial. She yielded only to Gong Jinjie, China, while Viktoria Baranova, Russia, won the bronze.
1. Gong Jinjie, China – 34.910 (Universiade record).
2. Liubov Shulika, Ukraine – 34.985.
3. Viktoria Baranova, Russia – 34.996.
