Last issue’s statement by the ambassadors to Ukraine of the United States, Germany, and Poland contained a misprint reading that once the Druzhba-Adria pipeline system becomes fully operational, “Ukraine’s strategic opportunity to be a world class oil transit county would be gone.” It should have read, “Ukraine’s strategic opportunity to be a world class oil transit country would be gone.” We regret the error.
