Romanian Ambassador to Ukraine BФstreanu said during the visit to The Day office, that recent political changes in Ukraine and Romania (the parliamentary elections in Ukraine and government changes in Romania) will have a positive effect on relations between these two countries. According to him, the climate for relations is perfect, despite a number of negative points. In particular Ukraine has failed to fulfill its obligations regarding the construction of a Kryvy Rih processing enterprise, there is no progress in the creation of joint Euro-regions and free economic zones.
