Nazar Fediuk to perform violin masterpieces on February 5
This young virtuoso is a laureate and winner of 22 international contests, holder of Grand Prix of the 5th International Georg Philipp Teleman Violin Competition (Poland), winner of special music prizes of the Henri Marteau Foundation (Germany) and International Richard Wagner Society. At 23, Nazar Fediuk is a renowned musician not only in our country, but abroad as well.
The concert, which will take place on Thursday at the Lviv Oblast Philharmonic Society, will be a genuine gift for music lovers. The violinist will be accompanied by the Symphony Orchestra of the Mykola Lysenko Lviv National Music Academy directed by Yurii Bervetsky. Two masterpieces of the world classical music will be performed during the program, violin concertos with orchestra by Pyotr Tchaikovsky and Igor Stravinsky.
Fediuk plays the instruments made by renowned violin-makers, Czech Alfons Frantisek Vavra and Ukrainian Myroslav Putsentela.
