Only girls in the sky

Last weekend a national women’s large-formation skydiving record was set over Kyiv, or, to be more exact, over the Central Antonov Air Club at the Chaika stadium. For the first time, 20 girls made a collective jump, forming a gigantic star. The idea behind this record is to create a required design in mid-air. The parachutists succeeded on their third attempt. The world record in this class was set last year in a competition involving 151 sportswomen from 15 countries.
