Kuchma and Putin to Meet on December 14

President Vladimir Putin of Russia will pay a routine visit to Ukraine on December 14, Sergei Prikhodko, deputy chief of the Russian president’s staff, told Interfax. It is planned that Presidents Leonid Kuchma of Ukraine and Vladimir Putin of Russia will take part a Ukrainian-Russian business forum in Kharkiv. This forum was scheduled for November but was put off until December. It was officially announced that the postponement was caused by the necessity to coordinate the working schedules of the Ukrainian and Russian presidents.
