New National Photo Contest – “My World. Life Motivations”

Over the past few months it has been so hot in the editorial office of The Day that we did not notice how winter passed by. But now we suggest for our readers a new interesting topic, new way of viewing the photographs, voting, and taking part in the national photo contest, which is sometimes rightly called the primaries of the The Day’s Annual International Photo Contest. The topic of the new photo contest is “My World. Life Motivations.” Of

course, there remains the connection with spring – season so anticipated by many. Spring always means new hopes, new energy, and new motivations. At the same time, the field for creative imagination has been significantly expanded. The requirements remain the same: interesting story, high quality of photos, and presence of the internal energy of the author. Another prerequisite, besides the title of the photograph, is the expanded informative text to go along with it.

On our end, we simplified the voting procedure and the participation in the contest. Now, in order to vote for a certain photo you don’t need to register on the site. And everyone who wants to participate in the contest can upload a photo on their own. That’s why take your cameras and share with us what inspires and motivates you.

We also want to once again mention the names of those photo artists, whose Fall Vaudeville impressed The Day’s readers the most. The winners of the fall photo contest were Kostiantyn Shcherbachenko with a photo The Air Smells Like Fall Leaves, Kateryna Nedesnova with her photo Squirrel will Come to You, and Svitlana Mamina with a photo From a Fair. The winners can receive their awards at The Day’s office.
